Megapari Terms and Conditions

By creating and using a Megapari account, you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions. These rules explain who can use the site and our native app, how bets are accepted and settled, how accounts and payments work, and what happens if there is a dispute. We may update the terms from time to time, so please review this page occasionally to stay up to date.

General Terms

We operate the Megapari betting and gaming site under a gaming license issued by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, and payments are handled by our approved payment partner. You can use Megapari only if you are at least 18 years old, or the higher legal gambling age in your country.

Bets are not allowed for:

  • Anyone under the legal age;
  • People who can influence an event (players, coaches, referees, club officials) or act for them;
  • Representatives of other bookmakers;
  • Anyone prohibited by local law.

You are responsible for checking whether online betting is legal where you live. If we learn you are in a restricted jurisdiction, we may close your account and return remaining deposits, minus any winnings after your last deposit.

We can refuse any bet or limit stakes and odds without giving a reason, and we may void bets if we detect fraud, match manipulation, or other rule breaches.

General Betting Rules

Our betting rules are meant to keep markets fair and results clear. The basic provisions regarding rates include:

  • Bets may be placed only by registered users who meet age and legal requirements;
  • A bet is confirmed once it appears in your account, even if your connection drops;
  • We settle bets using official results from the relevant governing bodies;
  • If a bet is cancelled, it is treated as void and your stake is returned;
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, we settle according to the applicable sport rules and official status of the match, which may mean a refund or recalculation;
  • We may void bets made on clearly wrong odds, technical errors, or suspicious activity, usually settling them at odds of 1.00;
  • We can change odds and limits for future bets, but accepted bets keep their original odds;
  • Live bets may be refunded when a technical failure makes normal settlement impossible.

Accounts

You can hold only one Megapari account. This rule also applies per household, address, email, IP, and payment method. If we find duplicates, we may close extra accounts, cancel bonuses, and void related winnings.

Keep your login details private. Any action taken under your account is treated as yours, so tell us right away if you think someone else has access. If an account is inactive for about three months, we may block it until you contact support.

KYC Policies

To protect users and meet legal standards, we may ask you to complete identity checks. This can happen at sign-up, before withdrawals, or at any time if your activity looks unusual. Typical documents include:

  • A government-issued photo ID;
  • Proof of address;
  • Proof that you own the payment method used.

In some cases, we may request extra evidence, such as source of funds, and we can pause withdrawals until checks are complete. Reviews usually take up to 72 hours after we receive documents, though payment-system investigations can take longer if required.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You can fund your account and withdraw using the methods listed in your Payments section. Withdrawals are processed 24/7. A few key rules:

  • Money withdrawals must go back to the same payment details you used for deposits, and if you used multiple methods, withdrawals are split proportionally;
  • We do not recommend using someone else’s wallet or card. Third-party deposits or withdrawals may be treated as fraudulent and blocked;
  • We may decline a withdrawal if it does not match real betting activity (for example, deposits with no play), or if the account needs verification;
  • Some payment systems charge fees, and Bitcoin transactions may include an extra service charge;
  • If a payment method requires deeper checks, we may ask for more info and temporarily restrict account access during the review.

Anti-Money Laundering

We follow AML and counter-terrorist financing standards. That means we monitor deposits, withdrawals, and betting patterns for suspicious behavior, including fraud, structured transactions, or activity that does not fit your profile.

If we suspect money laundering, match manipulation, or other illegal activity, we can request further documents, freeze funds, void bets, and share relevant information with regulators or financial partners.

Dispute Resolution

If you notice anything that looks wrong, contact customer service with your account number and full bet details. For payment disputes, claims should be sent within 10 days of settlement. For result disputes, claims are accepted within 30 days of the event ending based on official records.

We settle using the initial official result shown at the time of settlement, even if a competition later changes it. Bets placed after an event has effectively ended (outside Live betting) may be settled at odds of 1.00.

If the issue is not resolved through our internal process, you can take the matter to the competent court at our legal address.

Responsible Gambling

We want betting to stay entertainment, not pressure. If you feel your play is getting out of hand, use our self-restriction tools. You can ask to block your account for a month, six months, or a year. The block is applied after your identity is confirmed. A few simple habits can help:

  • Set a time and bankroll limit before you start;
  • Bet only money you can afford to lose;
  • Do not chase losses;
  • Take breaks if you feel stressed or disappointed.

Privacy and Management of Personal Data

We collect your data in accordance with strict privacy regulations during registration and use. This includes information such as your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and technical data, such as IP and device logs. We use it to run the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties.

We do not share your personal data outside Megapari unless you approve it, or unless we must do so for legal or security reasons. Your information is stored with encryption and SSL-protected connections, but no online transfer is 100% risk-free, so please keep your credentials safe.

Protection of Minors

Megapari is not for anyone under 18, or the legal gambling age in your region. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We check for underage access, and if we discover a minor has provided data or used the service, we remove that information and take steps to block further access. We also avoid marketing aimed at minors or vulnerable groups.
